These beautiful textiles are created in Myanmar (Burma). They are woven with pure, handspun cotton, and dyed naturally using vegetable dyes and bark from trees. Most weavers are women. Each piece is handwoven on backstrap looms. The patterns and motifs reflect the Chin culture and the environment of the villages where they live.
