These beautiful heavy cotton textiles are created in Burma (aka Myanmar). They are woven with heavy tufted cotton and silk, and dyed naturally using indigo, vegetable dyes and bark from trees. Each piece is handwoven on backstrap looms. The patterns and motifs reflect the Chin culture and the environment of the villages where they live.

Reverse is slate stonewashed linen.
